Trump sets NATO allies' military spending target to 4 percent


NATO members agreed in 2014 to spend at least two percent of their GDP on defense by 2024. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said, "We should first get to two percent," adding that eight of the 29 allies were meeting that target.
